Not Just a Deadline

The House of Representatives is racing to deliberate the Corruption Court Bill. The authority of this court must be preserved.

EVEN though not much time remains to deliberate the Bill on the Corruption Court, it is hoped that the Law Commission at the House of Representatives (DPR) will produce some high-quality legislation. The birth of a legal foundation for the anticorruption court would be the best parting gift that outgoing DPR members could give to the corruption eradication movement in Indonesia.
