Playing the wiretap recordings at the Constitutional Court has raised a new norm. This breakthrough could become a benchmark.

THE Constitutional Court’s decision to play the recordings of the tapped telephone conversations between businessman Anggodo Widjojo and several officials from the National Police and Attorney General’s Office was a historic achievement for the 6-year-old court.
