WHAT happened at the plenary session of the House of Representatives (DPR) last week was bizarre and shameful. It was far more strange than the most absurd soap opera or film. It was an incident in the real world that was much stranger than fiction. The DPR Plenary Session discussing the report of the Bank Century Inquiry Special Committee was not only boisterous, it got out of control.

The brouhaha started when the inquiry chairman read the con
