While Indonesia struggles to recover US$155 million deposited in the name of Telltop Holding Ltd—a company owned by the former major shareholder of Bank Century, Rafat Ali Rizvi—from the Swiss Dresdner Bank, Haiti has reportedly recovered millions of dollars smuggled overseas by its former head of state.
