The use of the right of inquiry into the tax mafia is unjustified. Suspicions of bribery must be investigated.

IT is appropriate that the proposal for the right of inquiry into the tax mafia be rejected by the House of Representatives (DPR) Plenary Session last Tuesday. Besides the absence of a strong legal basis, the inquiry to launching an investigation into the tax mafia case would have been quite aimless.
