Three men charged with killing a journalist in Maluku went free—because of a weak prosecution. There must be a review of the case.

THE decision to release the alleged murderers of a Sun TV contributor was not only disappointing, it is very worrying. The decision by the judges at the Tula Maluku District Court is proof that people are not free to express their views. If the freedoms guaranteed by the constitution including freedom of the press are not practiced, there is no meaning to the word freedom
