THERE never seems to be a shortage of comic-tragedies in this nation. One amusing yet pathetic example is the inauguration of Tomohon Mayor Jefferson Soleiman Rumajar. He was sworn-in to his new job despite the fact that a few days beforehand, he was tried for embezzling the regional budget in the amount of Rp19.8 billion.
