THE decision by Indonesian Military (TNI) Commander in Chief, Admiral Agus Suhartono, to dismiss Lt. Gen. Rio Mendung from his position as deputy governor of the National Defense Institute (Lemhannas) deserves praise. Rio was sent back to TNI HQ in Cilacap, East Jakarta.
