Bullets in a Land Dispute
The clashes between soldiers and local residents are the result of weak land administration. The rights of farmers should come first.

THERE is no justification for members of the Indonesian Military to use live rounds against civilians, in this case, farmers at Urut Sewu, in Kebumen, Central Java. This only adds to the long list of 'sins'-committed by soldiers, when they turn their guns against ordinary people over land disputes.
