JUSTICE does not seem to be on the side of poor people in this nation. The verdict given to Prita Mulyasari by the district court over the defamation charges was all for nothing. According to the appellate court judges, she should have been sentenced to six months in jail.

This mother of two should not go to jail merely for complaining in an email about the bad service provided by a hospital. Especially since the offense of defamation in the El
