The large number of corruptors who have fled when their sentences are about to be carried out shows the weakness of our judicial mechanism. This weakness pervades many stages, from the time records of Supreme Court rulings are drawn, to the tardiness in handing over documentation on rulings and the collusion between law officials and convicted people.
