The regulatory agency for upstream oil and gas activities, or BP Migas, may have been dissolved, but this does not mean that every infringement committed by its management should be forgotten. If these actions led to financial losses, especially if dirty tricks were involved, then punishment for those responsible is not open for negotiation.
