The Supreme Court must allow an expert to testify before passing judgment on a doctor sued for malpractice.

THE penalty on a doctor sued for medical malpractice should be a specific one. Judges who know little about the medical profession must not arbitrarily come to any conclusion. They must be willing to accept the testimony of experts. If the expert opinion is conveyed but later ignored, the judges are truly irresponsible.
