THE crime committed by Anggoro Widjojo in 2006 just confirms our suspicion of a link between political parties, businessmen, bureaucrats and legislators. That common thread continues to exist, as evident in a number of bribery cases recently exposed.

Anggoro's method of bribery was never a complicated matter. This businessman is suspected of pouring billions of rupiah into the House of Representatives (DPR) to secure the Integrated Radio Commun
