Entrapping the KPK
The government should consider withdrawing the Bill on the Criminal Code, given that some of the articles could jeopardize the functions of the anti-graft commission.

Minister Amir Syamsuddin is going out of his way to justify the drafting of the Criminal Code. He has repeatedly stated that the draft bill currently being discussed at the House of Representatives (DPR) would not weaken the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
