OUT of nowhere the name of Abraham Samad, chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) came up in the list of vice-presidential candidates. Although it may not have been evident, he actively tried to convince the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle's (PDI-P) presidential nominee, Joko Widodo, that he was worth considering as a potential second top man in the country.
