Drug victims are becoming increasingly common. There must be a concerted effort to tackle the problem.

If the government is run effectively, and no one knows when that will be, an urgent priority must be the war against drugs and illicit substance abuse. Economic recovery is indeed important, as is the security and unity of the country, but the danger of drugs cannot be ignored.
