It is becoming ever more difficult to understand how the House of Representatives (DPR) works. In terms of lawmaking, its record is poor. In the past year, DPR members only managed to pass two of 39 Bills.

Moreover, legislators have a habit of asking for funds, which are not clear whether it is for their own interest. They are now extending the list of their 'sins' by messing up the process of selecting members for the Ombudsman by postponing their due dilligence test.
