Bribes paid in the smuggling of beef are believed to be going to many corners. This must be rooted out.

THE National Police ought to be assisting the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in investigating the beef smuggling. This scandal, believed to involve customs and police officers, has long been allowed to remain ‘floating’, even though the KPK already has strong evidence.
