Questions over the Selection of KPPU Commissioners
The government should push the DPR to carry out a fit-and-proper test of the prospective KPPU commissioners. The DPR should not question the work of the selection committee.

The House of Representatives (DPR) has no reason to delay the fit-and-proper tests of candidate commissioners of the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU). The delays only create uncertainty in the commission leadership and cause problems for the resolution of cases it is responsible for.
