The detention house of the Jakarta police is a busy place these days thanks to the presence of more visitors, not detainees. These visitors have been attracted by two high-profile detainees. The first was Hutomo Mandala Putra (a.k.a. Tommy), but now there is Bustanil Arifin, former cooperatives minister and State Logistics Agency (Bulog) chief. Understandably, Bustanil has a lot of visitors because this New Order minister is known to be very
