Don’t Stop at Lucas
Lucas’ detention could very well be the opening needed to unentangle all the things obstructing the effort to combat corruption. It’s time for some cleaning up.

The courageous step the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) took when determining lawyer Lucas as a suspect who obstructed investigation into a corruption case deserves an accolade. His detention mid last week is a clear statement that the KPK is serious in investigating all parties who deliberately try to impede investigation efforts in corruption scandals.
