If there is a genuine desire to stamp out corruption, those who report crimes should be protected. But the police do not seem ready to accommodate this view.

INVESTIGATIONS into corruption must take priority over other crimes. Thus reads the Anti-Corruption Law, and that should be the overriding concern in eradicating corruption.
