This principle should be considered by SOEs Minister Erick Tohir when studying the plan by Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel), a subsidiary of Telekomunikasi Indonesia, or Telkom, to buy shares in Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa, alias Gojek Indonesia.
