THE Constitutional Court ruling extending the definition of money laundering investigations should be appreciated and must immediately be followed up by all law enforcement institutions. After the formal issuing of this ruling, tracking down and prosecuting those guilty of money laundering should become more intensive and no longer be a monopoly of the police.
