Stronger Legal Standing Needed

The Corruption Eradication Commission is being sued. Even if the Constitutional Court backs the lawsuit, it is not the end of the fight against corruption.

TAKING legal action against the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is not taboo. Even if the process goes through a body as important as the Constitutional Court, there is still no problem.

This applies to cases launched by Mulayana W. Kusumah and Nazaruddin Sjamsuddin in July and August against the agency leading efforts to fight corruption. The two men were found guilty of committing irregularities at the General Elections Commission (KPU),
