Construction of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) project so far has been delayed for one and a half years. Its bidding process, which was participated by parties from neighboring countries like the neighboring Malaysian Consortium, was closed in January with no winner being announced. Once again, JORR's fate is uncertain, compelling the Indonesian toll road authority PT Jasa Marga to turn to other alternatives in the search for the funding
