NEVER allow the intelligence service to arrest suspects. If they are allowed to do so, it will be too easy for abuses of power to take place. The role of the police will be undermined, and criminal law sidelined. Nevertheless, this hasn't been enough to stop the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) from proposing to the House of Representatives (DPR) special committee deliberating the Antiterrorism Bill that it be allowed to arrest and interrogate
