Labor Pains

The deadline to set up special labor courts may not be met, due to lack of funds and inadequate preparation. Delaying it would be more realistic.

A COMMON affliction among our government officials is to draw up new regulations without giving any thought to their realization. Similarly, laws are too hastily drafted and enacted by politicians. They fail to consider how the laws will be practically implemented and where the funding will come from.
