IBRA still trusts Lippo Banks old owners to control the bank. The Investment Management Performance Agreement could be a powerful reason.

The governments earnestness in cleaning up Lippo Bank was not reflected in the results of the banks shareholders extraordinary meeting held last Tuesday.
