Whose Money?
Sources of funding to construct the headquarters of Anti-Terrorist Detachment 88 is still unclear. The police and the DPR must clarify the matter.

THERE is nothing wrong with the efforts of the Jakarta Police chief to build a new office for the Anti-Terrorist Detachment 88. This unit, formed at the end of August and consisting of 400 personnel, indeed needs spacious office facilities. The bombings at the JW Marriott Hotel and in front of the Australian embassy are proof positive that Jakarta should not be caught "napping" over the threat of a terrorist bombing.
