In his efforts to obtain a judicial review of his case, Tommy Suharto has shown once again that he has a special way of doing things. Like his father, former president Suharto, Tommy has received special treatment outside normal procedures. It seems the family of the former leader has not lost all of its privileges.

Tommy is currently serving a 15-year jail sentence at Batu Prison, Nusakambangan. There appears to be nothing unusual in this.
