THE government has finally decided to coordinate its actions on Aceh. Perhaps in the not too distant future, problems like the lack of aid coordination will be overcome, if a single administration is established to manage all relief efforts in Aceh. The special authority board, as it will be known for the time being, will have full authority as well as full responsibility.
