Initiation, not Brutalization

Hazing rituals continue to be practised, despite an official ban. Given the fatal consequences, it should be regulated and monitored more closely.

THE period when new students are accepted is always a time of unease for parents. After paying out for the entry fee, they worry for the safety of their sons and daughters when they are hazed.
