A DISCUSSION on corruption in Indonesia is almost as difficult as counting the hairs on a goat. We now know that the latest survey from Transparency International has placed Indonesia as the sixth-worst country out of 133, with a corruption perception index of 1.9. A score of 10 means a country is totally clean. We have the right to be called the most corrupt nation in Southeast Asia.
