THE implementation of a program to eradicate illiteracy, called Functional Literates (KF), in East Nusa Tenggara has been accused of deviation. The number of illiterates in Indo­nesia in 2007 was put at 117,663 people. “We have reported this case to the President’s office and also to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK),” said Anita Jacoba Gah, a member of the Democrat Party faction, to Tempo, last week.
