SINCE February 2005, ina-ina (women) organized in a PEKKA (women as head of households) group in Keluba Golit subdistrict, Adonara Island, East Flores, have implemented a Women’s Legal Empowerment program. The program, supported by Justice for the Poor, aims to increase women’s legal awareness and open access to justice through legal approaches especially at a village level. The program seeks to achieve collaboration with multi-stakeholders f
