BENNY Mamoto has played a vital role in many art festivals in North Sulawesi. This Police Chief Commissioner is also the Director of the Art and Culture Institute of North Sulawesi (ISBSU) which he founded in 2006. This is an art and culture association meant to accommodate every potential from artists, culturists, sculptors, and scholars in North Sulawesi. ISBSU is employing various activities related with the art and culture of North Sulawesi.
