IT is no secret that, since the Reform Era, the Family Planning (KB) program has stopped on it tracks. This is especially apparent after the KB program responsibility was handed over to local administrations, following regional autonomy. However, family planning movements have begun to reappear in some places lately, like in North Sulawesi province.

Last November, President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono rewarded the Satyalancana Wira Karya award to
