An Early Start for the Visually Impaired
Children with special needs often do not get the kind of decent education suitable for their conditions. This, in turn, casts them aside as they grow up, making them a disintegrated part of the society. Efforts are being carried out in South Sulawesi to help bridge this social gap, starting early from the childhood period.
