Life at the Forest’s Edge

A CORAL reef, mangroves, savannah and rainforest, the West Bali National Park has it all. Uniquely, this park is not surrounded by dense forest: A provincial road cuts across the park, making it accessible to visitors. It could be mistaken for a botanical garden instead of a protected forest.
