BANANAS, pineapples and jackfruits were piling up at the corner of the semipermanent 3 x-4 meter2 building in Bongki subdistrict, North Sinjai, South Sulawesi. Sitti Maemunah and five other women carefully sliced them into small pieces and dried them under the sun.
