The hands of Ketut Suwaca separate peanuts from cashew nuts in Tianyar village, Karangasem, Bali. For more than 20 years he has been working as a cashew farmer.
However, recently his cashew fruits have begun selling as an ingredient.
"Six months ago Bali Wein began to buy cashew fruits," he told Tempo last week.
