Every two days 30-year old Sri Partini collects as much water as she can. Coming from Solo but now living in Manubara, East Nusa Tenggara, Sri only has water flowing to her area for 48 hours at a time. Water flow would then stop for another 48 hours to allow other districts the same access to the running water.

"We have been told by PDAM (the Regional Water Utility Company) that one of the water sources had become much depleted because of last ye
