The posters were raised high outside the City Hall bearing words like: "Do not lullaby us into sleep with the slogan of A Hero Without Award" and "An Umar Bakri Tragedy", a reference to a dedicated but poorly-paid guru immortalized in song by folksinger Iwan Fals.
