BOUNCING up and down during touchdown at Adisucipto is normal, at least in Salman Luthan’s experience. Every fortnight he would fly the Yogyakarta-Jakarta-Yogyakarta route. Late last month, this Yogyakarta Ombudsman Foundation head again landed at the Yogyakarta airport. Again he was violently jolted when the plane touched the runway.
