CONSTRUCTION of the Lulut-Nambo (Luna) Regional Waste Management and Processing Site (TPPAS) project on 55 hectares of land in Lulut and Nambo villages, Bogor Regency, West Java, which had been in limbo for 16 years, has resumed.
