SUGIANTO is flushed with pleasure. The 43-year-old farmer in the village of Sumber Alaska in the Central Kalimantan district of Kapuas Murung repeatedly sings praises of God. Since he first arrived at the transmigration village in Block G of the Peat Land Development Project in Kapuas, it's only now that he has seen such clean and clear water to drink. "I can drink the water directly from the gallon without having to boil it," he say
