in Aceh, the Sultans are rendered helpless
having no consultation with Teungku
Kali, Teuku Neq Meuraksa and
Commander Meuseugit, the king and
Imeum Lueng Bata, and that
the quartet is ineffective without seeking
counsel from commanders of the
Three Coners, and that even they are
powerless without the agreement of
the Seven Communities, and that the seven only
obey the words of Ulemas,
