The presidential systems of developing countries contain many flaws. Could the hybrid system adopted in France be replicated here?

In France, a 'political marriage' involves two rivals sharing power in supreme authority and leadership. They are an elected president and a prime minister from the majority party in parliament, who was also his opponent in the past presidential election. This "political cohabitation" is possible because of the combined presidential and parliamentary systems practiced in their country.
